Laurents is a successful racing driver who has made a name for himself primarily in LMP prototype racing. In 2019 and 2020, he won the championship of the “Michelin Le Mans Cup”, the junior class for Le Mans prototypes.
In 2021, followed the title in the LMP3 class in the European Le Mans Series (ELMS) with the Team DKR Engeneering.
Laurents has also been successful in formula racing. In 2016, he won the championship in the V de V Sports Series in Formula Renault.
In addition, he has gained experience in GT racing on a Porsche GT3 R.
