Verified Instructor Profiles shows, that the My Race Instructor Team knows this instructor and you can be sure to talk to the right person.
You can request the verification of your profile by sending us a mail. We then will contact you and set up a video call or meeting to be able to verify your profile.
To create a new event you you have two different options.
To create an event from scratch you have to perform three simple steps:
If you already have an event in our database, you can also duplicate this event to create a new event. All existing data is copied with the event, so that you only need to apply neccessary changes – like date or track.
If you have multiple similar events, you can create them by duplicating an already approved event or by editing a past event.
If you do not have a past or active event you can create an event as master.
After we have approved the new master event, you can duplicate it and create similar events with different dates and/or locations.
If you need to cancel an event for any reason, simply set the status back to Draft and the event will disappear from our website.
On our front page and our event page you can see sponsored events. If you would like to see your event as sponsored event, please contact us for further details.
With a rental car profile you can present your rental cars for trackdays and racing rental. These cars can be available for anyone or only exclusivly for events from a certain vendor or coach. You also can limit the rent to certain countries or even race-tracks.
You can have as many car profiles you need with one user account.
To create a car profile you need an image of your car (See profile images) and to fill out some mandatory fields.

If you create a new post (profile or event) you will notice a status message in the upper part of the post.
This post is only visible for you. You can edit the post and review the results in a live preview. After you have finished your post, you can change the status to
Your post is visible for you – and pending our review and translation. After we have approved the post, you will be informed by mail that your post is live.
Your post is live and visible for all. You can still edit some parts of your post and update it.
To be able to edit ceratin fields you need to set a profile or event back to draft mode. This is neccessary as we build the url of the profile from those fields. When we reapproved the profile we also renew the url. So republishing a profile will result in a new url to be used.
In some cases you can add additional input options yourself – you will then see an “ADD NEW …” below the select field.
There you can add the missing input option in seperate text-box. Please note, that the box has currently to be closed manually after input.
If you are missing other input options – let us know. We will check the possibilities to add your suggestions to the existing options.
